French Friday and Fatty Friday

Well I had good day and about lunch time decided it’s time I made some French Bread to go with the Spag bol I am cooking for tonights meal served with nice bottle of chilled Rose, followed by Fatty Friday Scones and Cream.

So both are very easy to make and takes no time at all except to prove the bread dough but while that is being done i made the scones. So some photos for you……

However this has to stop as I need to get down to my natural weight of 84kg as recommended by Dr Dukan.
