Just had breakfast. Made some bread.
Start to finish half hour and so yummy.used 1 cup whole wheat flour. 1 cup rolled oats. 2 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp salt. 1 cup of milk. 2. Tsp honey. 1 1/2 tbls veg oil. Or olive as I use. Sprinkle of mixed herbs. Mix together. Tip onto greased tray. Form ball shape and cook @ 225 for 25 mins. Turn over cook 5 mins. Enjoy. This is good if you add fruit you get a scone. Experiment is the key here. Good luck.
