Today I had ago at a Apple and Pear Cake today and it came out OK.

And I have to tell you it taste great so much filling in between crusty top and bottom.

not a lot to making this as everything goes into one bowl and mix by hand with wooden spoon tip into baking tray and cook for 30 mins.


473.18 ml flour
118.29 ml white sugar
14.79 ml baking powder
2.46 ml baking soda
2.46 ml salt
9.85 ml cinnamon
118.29 ml pecans, Chopped
236.59 ml milk
3 medium apples, Peeled, Cored and Chopped
3 medium pears, Peeled Cored and Chopped
14.79 ml brown sugar
9.85 ml powdered sugar, for dusting

Pre-heat oven to 350.
Spray 9 x 13 Glass Baking Dish with Pam.
Put first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and use a whisk to mix together.
Add milk and mix.
Stir in Pecans, Apples and Pears.
Pour into prepared 9 x 13 Baking Dish and spread out evenly.
Using your fingers sprinkle Brown Sugar on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Test with toothpick to see if it is done.
Let it cool for 15 minutes and then dust with powdered sugar.
