Yeah! It’s snack time and once again the sun is out and we are enjoy the sun on the balcony in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
So for todays Snack I decided to bake some healthy almond fruit bars, without any sugar and just a little honey, and they turned out really good, I also added rolled oats, flax seeds brown and golden, oat bran, flour, baking powder,little salt,one egg, little milk squirt honey,
Just add all to a big stainless steel bowl and mixed then press into a lined square baking tray, 9×9 in size is good for this and bake for 25-30 mins – I did a little longer and burned the bottom but not enough to spoil, just not perfect as I like things.
These are great for a pre work out snack or post workout to give you a nice boost.
